AFS Energy is growing and so is the EU ETS team! Therefore we are looking for a sales-driven mastermind with strong communication skills who will support the Traders at the Carbon Compliance desk by building and maintaining (new) relationships with (potential) clients. For this job we require someone who is fluent inEnglish and French or Czech and/or Slovak or German or Polish or Nordics. The EU ETS (European Union Emissions Trading System) stands as a fundamental pillar in the European Unions strategy to tackle climate change serving as a vital instrument for effectively curbing greenhouse gas emissions while keeping costs in check.

The focus of the position:

  • Being able to do acquisition where cold calling is crucial

  • Call call and call - (cold) calling is 90% of the job

  • Talk to people all day - build relationships

Job requirements

  • Secondary vocational education (MBO) degree or Bachelors degree.

  • You are fluent in English and Spanish or French or German.

  • Eager energetic curious and proactive by nature.

  • Independent but also a strong team player.

  • Curious persistent and full of determination: this is an adventure for which you definitely need to possess these qualities.
