Commercial Real Estate Solicitor

Description:
We are hiring for our client a leading Irish law firm seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (16 years PQE) to join their highly regarded Real Estate team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to work within one of Irelands most respected property practices advising leading domestic and international clients on complex high-value transactions across investment development finance and renewable energy.

The Role:
Advise on the acquisition development financing and disposal of commercial property across multiple sectors.
Act for landlords tenants developers and investors on complex leasing and development projects.
Support major infrastructure renewable energy and data centre projects managing all property aspects.
Work collaboratively with corporate and finance teams on joint ventures reorganisations and secured lending.
Liaise with clients lenders and counterparties to ensure smooth and efficient transaction management.

The Person:
16 years PQE in commercial real estate gained in a large or mid-tier law firm.
Strong experience in commercial property transactions leasing or development work.
Excellent drafting negotiation and client relationship management skills.
Commercially astute with strong organisational and communication abilities.
A proactive and collaborative approach with the confidence to manage complex matters.
