Job Summary
- Work closely with Design Engineering during development of product design to safeguard quality of products
- Work with Process Engineering utilizing PFMEA Control Plans Gaging and other tools to produce products that meet quality standards this includes development of new processes as well as improvement of existing processes.
- Implement and support multi-layered system to confirm Quality during all aspects of manufacturing
- Lead investigations into customer complaints to identify source of complaint and work with internal stakeholders to identify root cause and develop corrective actions (8D Shainin 5WHY etc.)
- Use data analytics tools to identify trends and potential areas of improvement
Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Computer Science or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean TPM) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on-site in Fountain Inn United States
