Assistant Director of Finance

The base annual salary for this role is $100k - $130k. 

Manages the day-to-day operation of the finance office and assists the Director of Financial Management in providing financial leadership to the business. Primary responsibilities include financial analysis and financial reporting budgeting/forecasting audit and control and asset and liability reconciliation. Assists with capital expenditure plans owner relations and owner reporting.

• Manage finance office operations and assist the Director of Financial Management
• Oversee financial analysis reporting budgeting forecasting and auditing
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reports
• Maintain a strong accounting and operational control environment
• Manage and develop finance team members
• Provide financial guidance and support to other departments
• Stay current with relevant accounting knowledge and technology
• Participate in employee and community relations functions
• Perform other duties as assigned

Working conditions: Indoor office setting. Some walking and standing with minimal lifting pushing pulling and bending.

Work hours: Primarily Monday through Friday. Some weekends are required at the end of the month.

Qualifications :

• Experience in Hospitality Accounting operations preferred.
• Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities is required. 
• Strong level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to assemble analyze and understand integrated spreadsheets and complex technical information. 
• Effective management leadership organizational and communications skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays according to operational needs.
