Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Concept Artist to establish and lead the visual direction for key assets in our this role you will be responsible for developing a unique and cohesive art style creating high-quality illustrations and defining guidelines that other Concept Artists will follow. Your work will help shape the visual identity of the game and ensure consistency across all artistic elements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a distinctive and cohesive art style that supports the overall vision of the project.
- Create high-quality detailed illustrations for a variety of assets including characters environments and objects.
- Define and communicate art guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across all artwork.
- Collaborate with art directors and other teams to ensure the style is integrated seamlessly into the overall game experience.
- Produce quick sketches digital illustrations and paint-overs to support art direction and maintain visual coherence.
- Provide feedback and mentorship to other team members ensuring their work aligns with the established art style.
- Plan estimate and prioritize timeframes for completing tasks and track progress using designated tracking tools.
- Continuously refine and elevate the quality of artwork to push the visual experience forward.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Concept Artist in the game industry with a strong emphasis on illustration and visual storytelling.
- Extensive experience in 2D drawing and illustration with a deep understanding of core art principles such as composition color theory contrast and tonal values.
- Proven ability to create highly detailed illustrative work while maintaining a consistent and scalable style.
- Advanced proficiency in Photoshop; familiarity with Illustrator Flash and After Effects is a plus.
- Knowledge of 3D software (3ds Max ZBrush Blender) is advantageous.
- Bachelors degree in Art Design Fine Arts or a related field.
- Intermediate or higher level of English.
- A background in graphic design film or video production is welcomed.
