Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Floor Supervisor to join our team in Madinah Saudi Arabia. As a Floor Supervisor you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our establishment.
- Oversee and coordinate the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas
- Supervise and lead a team of housekeeping staff providing guidance and support
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and brand guidelines
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment ensuring optimal stock levels
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns maintaining a customer-focused approach
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
- Implement and monitor health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to housekeeping operations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of housekeeping processes and procedures
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in using property management systems and other relevant software
- Thorough understanding of housekeeping standards and best practices
- Experience in implementing and monitoring health and safety procedures
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of local customs and culture in Madinah Saudi Arabia (preferred)
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
