Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day studio operations (scheduling client services policies financial oversight).
Recruit train and manage Pilates instructors and support staff.
Deliver or supervise Pilates classes to ensure consistent quality.
Lead marketing initiatives: community engagement partnerships events and client acquisition.
Ensure a high-quality customer experience and strong retention rates.
Collaborate with the founder on strategy growth plans and new service offerings.
Build the studios brand reputation as a leading womens wellness destination in Riyadh.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
Female candidate preferably a Saudi national or long-term resident in Riyadh.
Certified Pilates instructor with proven teaching and/or management experience.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to run operations independently.
Track record in fitness / wellness management (Pilates studio or boutique fitness strongly preferred).
Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
Entrepreneurial mindset proactive hands-on and committed to growth.
