- Drive membership growth and ensure achievement of financial targets (sales retention revenue).
- Create and deliver engaging marketing campaigns events and community initiatives.
- Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure member satisfaction.
- Handle feedback and resolve issues with a member-first approach.
- Ensure equipment and facilities are safe clean and well-maintained.
- Prepare performance and financial reports for management.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in a fitness club sports facility or related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven sales marketing and customer service background.
- Ability to organize prioritize and problem-solve effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fitness and building a supportive community.
- Bachelors degree in Management Sports Science or related field is a plus.
