Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging functional training and CrossFit classes that are safe effective and motivating.
- Provide individualized coaching scaling and modifications to suit different fitness levels.
- Inspire and encourage members to achieve their fitness goals while maintaining correct form and technique.
- Build and foster a supportive inclusive and community-driven training environment.
- Track member progress and provide constructive feedback to support growth.
- Ensure training areas and equipment are clean safe and well-maintained.
- Contribute to gym events challenges and community initiatives.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Preferred: CrossFit Level 2 (CF-L2) or higher.
- Proven experience coaching group fitness functional training or CrossFit classes.
- Strong knowledge of functional fitness mobility and safe training practices.
- Excellent communication leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to adapt programming for diverse fitness levels and abilities.
- Passion for fitness wellness and building community.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
