Job Description

As a Spa Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our guests setting the tone for their spa experience. Your role is to provide warm and professional service handle reservations and ensure smooth operations at the front desk. This position requires a customer-focused attitude strong organizational skills and a passion for wellness.

  • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Provide information about spa services treatments and wellness programs.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Manage spa appointments and reservations using our booking system.
  • Coordinate with spa therapists and other team members to ensure efficient scheduling.
  • Handle changes or cancellations to bookings while accommodating guest needs.
  • Answer phone calls emails and other inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Process payments and manage cash handling accurately.
  • Maintain an organized and clean reception area including managing spa brochures and promotional materials.
  • Address guest requests concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all guest interactions are handled with the utmost respect and confidentiality.
  • Stay informed about the spas services treatments and retail products.
  • Promote spa products and upsell treatments or packages as appropriate.
  • Provide recommendations based on guest preferences and needs.
  • Assist with any special events or promotions organized by the spa.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations including maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of guest information at all times.

Qualifications :

  • Fluent English in both oral and written.
  • Organized and able to multi-task.
