- Assists in the development of mail population segments to meet customer marketing strategies.
- Assesses and selects appropriate resources for program delivery.
- Serves as project coordinator for program scheduling and fulfillment.
- Conducts final quality analysis on programs reviewing accuracy of output.
- Manages multiple accounts and programs simultaneously.
- Prepares and processes program billing.
- Provides technical consultation in the design and implementation of client programs.
- Provides user interface support for self-service batch program fulfillment systems.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- 2 3 years Customer Service related experience. Understanding of systems capabilities software platforms and processes.
- Knowledge of PC office software tools.
- Excel Intermediate
- Good knowledge of Boolean Search/queries for SQL
- Excellent English both oral and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good organizational and project management skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Coding experience a plus
