Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OSS systems and related IT infrastructure.
Manage incidents service requests and change management using ServiceNow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex IT issues.
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime.
Document technical processes and maintain knowledge base.
Participate in IT projects and upgrades as required. Requirements
Qualifications :
2-3 years of experience in an IT technician or similar technical role.
Experience working with OSS systems is highly desirable.
Proficient in using ServiceNow for IT service management.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
