Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics maintenance and repairs on advanced automotive systems including:
• Engine & transmission
• Electrical & fuel systems
• Steering alignment and suspension
• Brakes & air conditioning
• Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
• Accurately complete work as outlined on repair orders in a timely manner
• Use diagnostic tools and service equipment to test and repair components and systems
• Perform warranty repairs to manufacturer standards
• Test-drive vehicles to verify work performed
• Communicate with Service Advisors to ensure customers are informed about vehicle needs and timelines
• Maintain a clean safe and organized work area

What Were Looking For:

• Ford Certified Master Technician (Senior Master preferred)
• 5 years of professional automotive technician experience
• Minimum 2 years Ford-specific experience
• Minimum 2 years transmission repair experience
• Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to operate electronic service equipment
• Positive team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer service
• Detail-oriented and committed to quality workmanship
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Must supply own tools
• Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
• Reliability and willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new vehicle technologies
