As part of the Oracle Human Capital team you shall lead the creation and implementation of impactful Oracle HCM solutions. As a Senior Associate you shall analyze complex problems mentor others and maintain top standards. You shall focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context navigating increasingly complex situations and growing your personal brand and technical knowledge.

What You Must Have
- A minimum of a Bachelors Degree
- 5 years of experience with 5-8 years relevant experience preferred having at least 4 years experience in cloud HCM
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Have worked in at least 2 to 3 modules from the list
- Expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Have at least 2 entire projects experience through go live
- Ability to understand analyze and solve both explicit and implicit requirements
- Thorough process knowledge in the modules listed above
- Be able to perform configuration based on the client requirement
- Have thorough knowledge in understanding the gap between the Oracle Product Vs Client Requirement
- Have thorough knowledge in writing the Functional Specifications
- Have thorough communication skills plus coordinate with 3rd Party Vendors to test the integrations
