About the Role
Reporting to theHead of Compliance - Customer Engagement you will lead assurance activities to ensure all marketing initiatives uphold regulatory standards. This role offers the opportunity to champion best-practice quality assurance and safeguard risk & compliance in Sportsbets marketing operations.
- Lead assurance activities to ensure all marketing efforts comply with relevant regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Implement new projects within marketing compliance to keep Sportsbet at the forefront of industry standards.
- Develop and strengthen compliance processes to uphold best-practice quality assurance in marketing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and evaluate controls within marketing operations.
- Identify assess and report on potential compliance risks associated with marketing initiatives.
This role is a 6-month secondment opportunity.
About You
- Experience in compliance regulatory or assurance rolesideally within marketing or a regulated industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proactive collaborative and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Optimisation and process improvement mindset.
