PRN Hospice RN Dexter

What Youll Do

Provide high-quality nursing care in patient homes
Complete assessments and create personalized care plans
Monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions
Partner with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
Educate patients and families on comfort care medications and disease progression
Support families with compassion through the end-of-life journey
Ensure compliance with physician orders and care standards

What Youll Need

A positive attitude and a heart for patient care
Strong communication skills and reliability
Reliable transportation to reach patients in the service area
Advantage Program Certificate (where state applicable)
Bachelors degree 1 year of professional experience
OR 1 year as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in lieu of a Bachelors
