We are looking for a senior Technical Program Manager to lead key initiatives in our OCI Security Assurance team. You will work across multiple teams to plan and deliver on a new trusted security services to help keep our customers secure. This is a high-visibility quick paced role that requires a TPM adept at keeping multiple deliverables running at the same time while driving execution and helping unblock work. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and excellent communicator who can prioritize appropriately drive clarity and work well with people at all levels. You are flexible and able to pivot quickly to address and drive new requests as they come up. You are highly organized process-oriented and comfortable working across a variety of teams to identify and implement the right mechanisms to deliver on the vision of our future state.



Responsibilities

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff.

  • Define scope plans and milestones for building and delivering a new trusted infrastructure
  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones as well as leadership visibility and alignment of key deliverables
  • Manage risks and issues paths to green and delivery planning for program
  • Facilitate and drive discussions across multiple teams leading to buy-in and alignment across teams
  • Collaborate with and work across multiple teams to define and rollout best practices

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78000 to $158200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge skills experience market conditions and locations as well as reflect Oracles differing products industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
