Job Summary
Position SummaryThe Networking Instructor will teach adult learners foundational to advanced networking concepts in alignment with industry certifications (e.g. CompTIA Network Cisco CCNA). Instruction will emphasize hands-on skills labs and real-world scenarios to prepare students for employment or further Responsibilities: Teach networking fundamentals routing & switching wireless networks IP addressing subnetting LAN/WAN design and infrastructure maintenance. Guide learners through labs with real and simulated hardware (Cisco routers/switches packet tracers etc.). Prepare students for certification exams such as CompTIA Network or Cisco CCNA. Integrate troubleshooting network design and configuration exercises into instruction. Maintain course records and provide academic support for diverse adult learners. Collaborate with instructors and adult education staff to support learner success.
