The Power Apps Developer / Power Platform Automation Specialist will design develop and maintain custom business applications and automations using Microsoft Power Platform and a small handful of other tools. This role requires hands-on experience building Power Apps integrating with data sources such as SQL Server Dataverse and other databases and automating workflows using Power Automate. The ideal candidate is proactive detail-oriented and comfortable working across teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions. Bonus qualifications include experience with PowerShell Python and task scheduling tools like Windows Task Scheduler or cron.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps tailored to business needs
Build and maintain Power Automate flows to automate data retrieval transformation and population across systems
Integrate Power Apps with SQL Server Dataverse SharePoint and other data sources
Create custom connectors and use APIs to extend Power Platform capabilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure solutions are scalable secure and aligned with best practices
Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power Platform solutions
Document solutions workflows and architecture for maintainability
Basic Qualifications
2 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate)
Strong knowledge of Dataverse SQL Server and data modeling
Experience with Power Automate for building complex workflows and integrations
Familiarity with Common Data Service (CDS) and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Ability to write and debug Power Fx formulas and expressions
Understanding of security roles permissions and environment management in Power Platform
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills/Experience
Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration
Experience with Python for data processing or integration tasks
Familiarity with Windows Task Scheduler or cron jobs for scheduled automation
Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps Azure Functions or custom connectors
Microsoft certifications (e.g. PL-100 PL-400) are a plus
Working Hours: Based on Polish standard time (typically 9:00 AM 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM 6:00 PM) with flexibility to accommodate occasional meetings with U.S.-based colleagues.
