Were currently seeking an experienced Scoper to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in ensuring works are accurately scoped costed and coordinated to support project delivery across a range of minor and capital works scheduled maintenance and emergency jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review work requests to prepare clear and detailed scopes of work.
• Scope and cost minor and capital works scheduled maintenance and emergency work.
• Liaise with trades sub-contractors and suppliers for input pricing and availability.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes standards and client specifications.
• Prepare quotation documents in line with contract and client requirements.
• Coordinate scope details with supervisors planners and project teams to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Support decision-making by identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

About You:

• Previous experience in a Scoping Estimating or Planning role within construction maintenance or industrial projects.
• Sound understanding of trade-based work practices and materials.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret drawings specifications and technical documents.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
