Job Summary
In this highly visible role you will:Drive support for Cadence custom flows tool development installation and maintenanceWork with the design team to develop utilities and scripts. Support Virtuoso Layout and schematic software and release flows based on revision control systemDrive design methodology to increase productivity Work with CAD team to provide general CAD services support utilities scripts while also working closely with the Design and Layout teamsSupport tool configuration and applicationInvolvement in test development automation and regression flow supportCreate and maintain relevant documentation
- Minimum requirement of BS 10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience in Python programming/scripting
- Experience in analog and digital new product development IC CAD support using EDA tools
- Expert in Cadence Composer Virtuoso Layout tools VXL PCELLs and CDFs
- Experience supporting data management tools
- Deep knowledge of programming languages such as Python DFII SKILL Perl Tcl
- Proficient with Unix / Linux OS utilities and scripting
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
