Job Summary

Classification Title:	Postdoc Associate
Classification Minimum Requirements:	The appointee shall have received the doctorate in a field appropriate to the assigned duties and responsibilities.
Job Description:	The Postdoctoral Associate will be expected to: Set the tone for both scientific and scholarly excellence within the lab. Design execute and analyze experiments using molecular cellular and biochemical techniques. Drive forward complex and impactful projects leading to high-quality publications. Develop fellowship and grant applications to support independent research growth. Present and report research findings in meetings conferences and journal publications. Contribute to the mentoring of graduate and undergraduate trainees. Engage actively with collaborators and contribute to the labs dynamic and collegial environment. Credentials and Qualifications: A Ph.D. in cell biology biochemistry cancer biology chemical biology or a related field is required. A background in cell imaging is desirable but not required. Strong work ethic motivation to lead and drive projects independently. Dr. Li is fully committed to supporting the career development of all trainees providing ample opportunities for one-on-one mentorship professional growth and preparation for both academic and industry career paths
Expected Salary:	$62000 commensurate with education and experience.
Required Qualifications:	Doctorate degree in a relevant field.
