Youll work with people facing a variety of life challenges that may impact their ability to secure work. Through your support guidance and encouragement participants build confidence develop skills that improve life outcomes and take steps toward long-term employment.Enjoy a flexible part-time opportunity in Seymour up to 22 hours a week with the chance to take on more hours as workload grows.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Developing career pathways using SMART goal setting
- Connecting participants with training support services and community resources
- Guiding participants through resume writing cover letters interview preparation and job applications
- Providing financial support through our Employment Fund when eligible
- Coaching motivating and empowering participants to achieve their employment goals
