take full ownership of key growth channels and optimize them
discover and experiment with new growth initiatives and markets
build and manage own relationships with customers
drive the complete sales cycle: generating qualifying and closing customers end-to-end (how much sales you do is for you to decide)
be part of building out the founding growth team
build processes with an AI automation-first approach
you have experience in building or scaling companies either in a startup environment or in own projects (ideally in a growth setting)
you have strong customer empathy and business sense to understand problems pain points and needs of different companies
you have experience in and enthusiastic about leading initiatives end-to-end
youre are hands-on and not afraid of doing unglamorous work
you love solving problems and figuring things out on your own
youre a strong communicator in both English and German
