Job Summary

Serves as a specialist in the development planning and execution of educational programs for employees leaders and physicians of Spectrum Health.

Essential Functions

  • Plans coordinates implements promotes and monitors educational offerings as indicated by organizational needs.
  • Acts as a collaborative business partner across the organization to understand and identify learning and performance needs.
  • Understands various approaches in designing learning that best meet the specific needs of different audiences.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of and leverages a broad range of tools and technologies to enhance the learning experience.
  • Able to measure and analyze learning outcomes to continuously improve learning effectiveness and business impact.
  • Ensures that responsible decisions are made regarding use of training and development budget resources.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Business Administration Human Resources Education Organizational Development or related field
  • 3 years of relevant experience in developing analyzing delivering and measuring training programs
