About the Role:

Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented RA/QA Specialist to join our team in Madrid.
In this role youll play a key role in ensuring our products and processes meet regulatory standards support continuous improvement and contributing to the smooth operation of our regional compliance frameworks.
What Youll Do:
As part of our collaborative RA/QA/PMS team you will:
Execute daily Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance activities following established procedures.
Collect organize and maintain RA/QA intelligence across local regional and global levels.
Support the development and rollout of new systems and processes within the RAQA organization.
Assist in preparing metrics reports and documentation for audits regulatory meetings and management reviews.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help achieve team KPIs and objectives.
Communicate effectively across teams and regions ensuring clarity and compliance in all RA/QA/PMS matters.
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree (BSc) in a relevant scientific or technical field.
Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in RA QA or a related area.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Spanish or other EMEA languages a plus).
A proactive mindset eagerness to learn and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
