About the Role:

Were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented RA/QA Specialist to join our team in Madrid.

In this role youll play a key role in ensuring our products and processes meet regulatory standards support continuous improvement and contributing to the smooth operation of our regional compliance frameworks.

What Youll Do:

As part of our collaborative RA/QA/PMS team you will:

  • Execute daily Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance activities following established procedures.

  • Collect organize and maintain RA/QA intelligence across local regional and global levels.

  • Support the development and rollout of new systems and processes within the RAQA organization.

  • Assist in preparing metrics reports and documentation for audits regulatory meetings and management reviews.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help achieve team KPIs and objectives.

  • Communicate effectively across teams and regions ensuring clarity and compliance in all RA/QA/PMS matters.

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree (BSc) in a relevant scientific or technical field.

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in RA QA or a related area.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Spanish or other EMEA languages a plus).

  • A proactive mindset eagerness to learn and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
