- 8 or more years leading large scale operational teams in high volume environments
- Experience developing and managing teams
- Experience in supporting developers policy enforcement developer relations or trust and safety domains
- Strong analytical skills and a data informed mindset with the ability to identify trends and guide complex decisions
- Proven ability to drive thoughtful change and improve outcomes through collaboration and influence
- Experience leading operational teams that work closely with tools automation and AI
- Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships across global teams
- Track record of building high performing engaged teams with shared ownership and strong execution
- Familiarity with the App Store ecosystem is preferred
- Bachelors degree in Business Operations or a related field or equivalent experience. Advanced degree is a plus
