What Youll Do
Greet customers and manage the flow of service appointments in the drive lane
Serve as the liaison between customers and technicians ensuring clear and accurate communication
Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt courteous and knowledgeable interactions
Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) in line with company standards
Answer technical questions related to vehicle issues warranties services and repairs
Efficiently assign and distribute repair orders to technicians
Assist in diagnosing vehicle concerns and ordering parts as needed
Oversee warranty claim submissions and help train and guide service department staff
Ensure all work complies with dealership policies and industry regulations
Foster strong relationships with manufacturers and team members
What Were Looking for

Strong leadership and time-management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proven record of sales or service success preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of automotive systems
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
