Role Description:

• Own the IVI softwarearchitecture across OS middleware services and app layers; define theplatform blueprint layering module boundaries and interface controldocuments (ICDs)
• Architect AAOSbasedstacks (SystemUI Car Service VHAL AIDL/HIDL/HAL EVS/Camera AudioFlingerMedia Bluetooth Connectivity) and/or Linux/QNX stacks (BSP driversWayland/Weston PipeWire/Audio networking)
• Ensure compliance withAUTOSAR Android Automotive OS QNX and Linux-based architectures
• Collaborate with UX/HMIADAS and telematics teams for system integration and data flow consistency
• Lead architecturereviews FMEA sessions and Software optimization activities
• Ensure compliance withFunctional Safety (ISO 26262) and Cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434)
• Contribute to systemDFMEA and technical risk management
• Modeling & documentation: produce SysML/UMLmodels sequence/state diagrams deployment views and interface specs inEnterprise Architect/Cameo/Rhapsody
• Knowledge of Automotive SPICE ISO 26262and safety-critical systems

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• BSc/MSc inElectrical/Computer Engineering Computer Science or related
• 5-7 years of experience in IVI/connected car/platformarchitecture
• Proven experience in oneor more OS/platforms: Android Automotive OS Embedded Linux QNX
• Familiarity with AUTOSARClassic/Adaptive SoC architectures (Qualcomm Renesas NXP) and audioframeworks
• Deep understanding of automotivecommunication protocols
• Exposure to ASIL-B/Csystem design and security concepts (secure boot key managementencryption)
• Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills with the ability to manage technical trade-offs
• Excellent communicationand leadership skills; able to align multiple engineering domains
• Experience with ASPICEprocesses and ISO 26262/21434 implications for infotainment
• Hypervisor &virtualization (Android on Hypervisor QNX Hypervisor); mixedcriticalitypartitioning
• Experience withfunctional safety mechanisms applicable to IVI (ASSPs watchdogs gracefuldegradation limphome HMI strategies)
• Ability to travel abroad for a long period of time if required
