Job Summary

Sales & Business Development:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract students locally and internationally.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities including partnerships with airlines aviation authorities educational institutions and corporate clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients recruitment agencies and aviation partners.

Monitor enrollment targets and lead the admissions sales funnel from inquiry to enrollment.

Prepare and present commercial proposals tenders and B2B partnership agreements.

Marketing & Brand Management:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Google Meta LinkedIn etc.) events and traditional media.

Oversee the development of promotional materials website content and social media presence.

Manage academy participation in education fairs aviation expos and industry events.

Conduct market research to identify trends competitor positioning and opportunities for differentiation.

Ensure consistent branding and messaging aligned with the academys mission and vision.

Strategy & Performance Management:

Set and manage commercial KPIs (enrollments revenue targets ROI on campaigns).

Analyze data and campaign performance to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.

Lead and mentor a team of marketing and sales professionals.

Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.



Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration Aviation Management or a related field (Master s is a plus).

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing preferably in aviation education or training sectors.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

Experience with digital marketing tools CRM systems and lead management platforms.

Understanding of aviation industry dynamics and training program offerings (e.g. pilot training cabin crew aviation management) is highly desirable.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
