Job Summary

We are recruiting for an energetic skilled and motivational Group Class Instructor (Barre TRX HIIT) to join a newly opened boutique womens fitness studio in Al Qatif Saudi Arabia.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a modern community-driven facility dedicated to promoting womens health movement and empowerment. The studio offers a vibrant and supportive environment where instructors can grow professionally and make a lasting impact on their clients fitness journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and conduct high-energy group classes (Barre TRX HIIT) suitable for all fitness levels.

- Deliver safe effective and motivating workouts that inspire participation and results.

- Provide personalized modifications and maintain proper exercise form across participants.

- Create a positive inclusive and empowering class environment.

- Maintain professionalism and ensure studio standards of cleanliness safety and client care.

- Stay current with fitness trends certifications and continuously develop teaching skills.

- Support the studios mission of building a strong womens fitness community.

- Perform client assessments and track progress as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Internationally recognized Group Fitness certification (Barre TRX or HIIT specialization preferred).

- Personal Training certification

- Minimum 2 years of experience in group training or similar roles.

- Background in functional training strength & conditioning or womens fitness is an advantage.

- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.

- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

- Friendly professional energetic and confident leading classes.

- Passionate about womens wellness and community engagement

The Package:

- Tax-free monthly salary up to 10 000 SAR (approximately US$ 2 666)

- 15% Commission on PT sessions

- Paid annual leave

- Medical insurance provided

- Visa sponsorship (if required)

- Flight assistance for international hires

- Commission and bonus opportunities (discussed during the interview)
