About the Role
This full-time permanent leadership position involves overseeing all aspects of SEND provision including EHCP management intervention coordination and staff training. You will lead a team of Learning Support Assistants and collaborate closely with teachers senior leaders and external specialists to ensure every student reaches their full potential. The schools inclusion facilities include sensory spaces assistive technology and a dedicated support centre designed to foster independence and confidence.

The SENCO will also have the opportunity to shape whole-school policy and lead on inclusive teaching strategies that align with the schools values of respect equality and excellence.

Experience and Qualifications
QTS and NASENCO qualification (or willingness to complete)
Proven experience managing or leading SEND provision
Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
Deep understanding of current SEND frameworks and best practice
