Job Summary
Join a high-impact project in the banking sector to define a sovereign backup strategy across multi-region multi-cloud and on-premises environments. You will support IT management in designing a future-proof backup architecture ensuring data sovereignty resilience and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with documentation of current state assessment gap analysis and target state
Research sovereign cloud providers multi-cloud capabilities and sovereign backup vendors; compile comparison matrices
Support preparation of reference architectures and diagrams
Draft and format reports roadmap documentation and presentation slides
Track dependencies decision points risks and maintain the shared knowledge base
Expected Deliverables
Assessment Report documenting current state risks and gap analysis
Target Architecture including conceptual and logical architecture diagrams
Capability Model recommendations per landing zone
Phased 5-Year Roadmap milestones dependencies and indicative costs
Final Presentation executive-level summary and recommendations
Successful Outcome
Clear actionable strategy covering multi-region multi-cloud sovereign providers on-premises fallback and sovereign backup
Alignment with business IT and security priorities
Future-proof design balancing cloud multi-cloud and on-premises fallback
Sovereign backup across all data ensuring data sovereignty
Achievable 5-year roadmap including legacy system decommissioning
Decision support for IT management and architects to make investment and vendor choices
Skills Required
Hybrid Cloud Architecture
