Your Opportunity:
To ensure our companys continued success by scheduling coordinating and analysing stocktakes across our stores along with tasks aligned with data integrity.
- Scheduling and executing of company and franchise stocktakes.
- Processing and analysing stocktake results.
- Provide training to the larger Global team in stocktake processes.
- Controlling stock corrections on behalf of the stores.
- Assisting with inter branch transfers as required.
- Providing weekly and monthly reporting up to executive level.
- Liaise with Regional Managers and State Managers about breaches of company procedures in store and data integrity issues
We are looking for the below skillset and experience:
- Good accounting and analytical.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- A capacity and desire to support peers in the wider team.
- Persuasiveness / ability to engender cooperation of remote team members
- Investigative / problem solving ability.
- Understands need for timeliness respects deadlines and has a sense of urgency.
- Observe the human resource policies of the Company as varied from time to time.
