Job Summary
Were looking for an RPO based in Amsterdam!
Context: a banking organization undergoing strong transformation looking to strengthen its recruitment team for the coming months.
Key missions:
Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions (support finance and mid-senior management roles)
Partner with hiring managers to define needs and structure recruitment processes
Manage pipelines and ensure data-driven recruitment reporting
Contribute to implementing tools methodologies and hiring best practices
Based in Amsterdam (hybrid setup)
Fluent English required international environment
Freelance / interim mission
