We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert to join a strategic European Union project in collaboration with Seidors internal team. The selected professional will support corporate IT operations manage service quality and SLA performance and provide hands-on support to end users in a highly professional and international environment.
Tasks
- Provide support to the corporate IT team across different business areas and learning scopes.
- Collaborate in tracking Azure budget consumption and contribute with cost-reduction initiatives.
- Monitor ticket quality and ensure SLA compliance from both cloud and on-premise service providers.
- Deliver end-user support including on-site floorwalking VIP support and general assistance for assigned areas.
- Provide ad-hoc support for videoconferencing systems and events.
- Assist the Facilities Management (FM) area in IT-related initiatives: functional analysis requirements gathering testing rollout support and follow-up activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate IT environment with Microsoft Cloud.
- Hands-on experience supporting VIP users and daily operational activities.
- Strong experience with videoconferencing systems including video walls and large meeting rooms (up to 20 VIP participants).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint; Azure experience is a plus.
- University degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English both spoken and written.
