Location: Bradford MA 01835

Employment Type: PRN

Pay Rate: $34 - $37/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)

Shifts Available:

Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
Evening Shift: 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide nursing care in a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will help improve the quality of life for residents through compassionate clinical care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
Assist patients with daily living activities such as hygiene mobility and feeding.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop care plans.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
Maintain accurate patient care documentation.
Follow infection control and safety protocols.
Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.

Required Requirements:

Valid LPN or LVN license for Massachusetts.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
Ability to work flexible PRN shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
