Certified Nursing Assistant- (PRN) - Location: Philadelphia PA 19118

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on a PRN basis. As a CNA you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents ensuring their comfort dignity and well-being during the evening shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing grooming dressing toileting feeding)
- Monitor and report any changes in residents health or behavior
- Ensure a clean safe and supportive environment for residents
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques and equipment
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations
- Communicate effectively with residents families and the care team
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania (required).
- CPR/BLS certification (required).
- Minimum 6 months of CNA experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
