Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Order Selector to join a refrigerated warehouse team in Oklahoma City OK. The Order Selector is responsible for accurately picking staging and preparing produce orders using rider jacks while maintaining efficiency and safety in a cold environment. This position requires attention to detail physical endurance and teamwork to meet production and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately select and prepare orders according to customer specifications.
Operate electric pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
Load and unload products ensuring proper handling to maintain product quality.
Move and stage products in the cooler or warehouse for order fulfillment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
Follow all safety and food safety guidelines including working in refrigerated areas.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding order progress or issues.
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

Qualifications

Experience operating an electric pallet jack required; rider jack experience preferred.
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work on your feet for long periods.
Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment (38F).
Must pass a drug test and background screening.
Dependable safety-conscious and detail-oriented.

What We Offer

Starting Pay: $16/hour increases to $17/hour after 30 days of consistent attendance and performance.
After permanent hire transition to per-package pay ($0.22$0.23/package) averaging $18$24/hour.
