Job Summary
RecruitNet International Ltd is specializing in relocating qualified professionals throughout Ireland and overseas.
Provide nurse-led care to adults with physical cognitive or chronic health conditions in their homes and communities
Work collaboratively with families carers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care
Develop implement and review person-centred care plans tailored to each individuals unique needs
Conduct risk assessments and maintain high standards of clinical governance and patient safety
Support and mentor care assistants providing training guidance and clinical oversight as required
Ensure all care delivery is compliant with HIQA regulations clinical standards and best practice guidelines
Requirements
Registered Nurse (RGN RNID or RNMH) with experience in adult or community care
Current NMBI registration and eligibility to work in Ireland
Ability to work independently while maintaining high clinical and professional standards
Demonstrates a kind calm and person-centred approach to care
Valid driving licence is mandatory candidates must have either:
An international driving licence (valid for 1 year after arrival) or
A full Irish driving licence
Access to own transport is preferred
