Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver care and education plans that align with the EYFS requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues parents and external professionals to support childrens development.
- Plan implement and evaluate activities to provide high-quality experiences for all children.
- Ensure policies and curriculum planning reflect diversity and individual needs.
- Conduct and document regular observations of childrens play behavior and development.
- Maintain and update childrens Learning Journals sharing insights with parents/carers.
- Partner with parents/carers to enhance childrens learning at home.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to maintain a safe environment.
- Be mindful of childrens dietary cultural personal and medical needs.
- Maintain nursery routines while considering individual child needs.
- Serve as a positive role model to foster effective relationships among staff parents/carers and children.
- Uphold confidentiality in all communications with staff parents/carers and external agencies.
