Our client an internationally branded hotel in Brussels is looking for a hands-on and data-driven Revenue Manager to join its commercial team. The ideal candidate will be an operational specialist in revenue management with a strong focus on pricing strategy market analysis and distribution optimization.
You will be responsible for implementing and executing the hotels revenue strategy across all segments and channels to maximize room revenue and overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement daily and long-term revenue management strategies in line with the hotels business objectives.
- Conduct daily pick-up analysis market benchmarking and competitor rate checks.
- Manage pricing availability and restrictions across all distribution channels ( OTAs GDS corporate).
- Prepare and present forecasts budgets and performance reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and General Manager.
- Collaborate closely with sales reservations marketing and operations teams to align commercial decisions.
- Monitor system accuracy and data quality (PMS RMS Channel Manager).
- Ensure rate parity and maintain consistency across all booking platforms.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and distribution partners to drive growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Management within an upscale or lifestyle hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of revenue systems distribution channels and online market trends.
- Previous experience in a European city (Corporate and MICE Segments) is a must.
- Advanced analytical skills and a solid understanding of KPIs (RevPAR ADR RGI etc.).
- Hands-on detail-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Proficiency with Opera PMS IDeaS Duetto or similar RMS tools.
- Strong Excel and data visualization skills (PowerBI is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English; French or Dutch are an advantage but not required (please note no Visa sponsorship)
