Job Summary

Maintenance & Repairs
Perform plumbing and general building maintenance services
Identify faults and carry out timely and effective repairs
Ensure all building-related tasks are completed within set timeframes.

Job & Tool Management
Open and close job cards accurately
Maintain and safeguard tools and equipment issued
Compile reports on completed work for tracking and compliance purposes

Procurement & Costing Support
Obtain and manage quotes for building repairs tools and materials as required

Supervision & Team Support
Supervise subordinates in the execution of maintenance and repair tasks
Provide guidance and ensure adherence to work quality and safety standards

Conduct Housekeeping & Safety Compliance
