Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
Achieving relevant monthly targets.
Sourcing of new clients and establish new client relations.
Providing support for existing clients.
Retention of existing business.
Generates new leads by meeting with consumers.
Ensure all information is recorded accordingly and accurately on the system
Send timeous communication to clients to tell them about new product and services.
Attend to walk in clients.
Upsell and cross sell to clients.
Follow up on Orders.
Attend to and resolve customer queries.
