Why We Need You:
The Assistant Property Manager will assist the Manager with the day-to-day on-site employee activities and apartment community operations. This position will also assist in supervising several employees when the Manager is not available.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with prospective residents to determine their needs and qualifications
- Positive and professional daily interaction with residents
- Assist in preparing lease agreements and processing rent payments
- Prepare maintenance work orders and communicate with maintenance personnel
- Investigate respond and resolve resident complaints
- Prepare reports on property status such as occupancy rates and expiration of leases
- Follow policies and procedures
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experienced manager as well as leasing professionals looking for career development
- Leadership and team-building skills
- Computer literacy - Microsoft Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in property management software
