- MondayThursday: 10 AM 7 PM
- Friday: 10 AM 2 PM
- 80% in-club / 20% remote (based on monthly performance and events)
- Optional Saturday call block (10 AM 2 PM) for additional commissions
- Contact new and existing leads via phone text and messaging
- Schedule membership consultations and fitness success sessions
- Confirm all appointments to ensure high show rates
- Follow up with no-shows and rebook promptly
- Track all activity in CRM with accuracy
- Participate in weekly performance and coaching sessions
Appointments Set 6075 Membership success session bookings
Appointments Shown 4050 Tracked and paid per show
Show Rate 6570% Indicator of quality
New Sales from Appointments 2025 Closed by Sales Manager or Fitness Director
- Base Pay: $10$14/hr
- Commission: $5 per appointment that shows
- Bonus: After 50 shows in a pay period (2 weeks) all shows retroactively pay $10 each
- OTE: $40000$50000/year (uncapped)
- Example: 60 shows/week $1000 weekly income
- Example: 60 shows/week $1000 weekly income
