Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our success. As a Software Developer (AI & Full-Stack) youll help shape the future of how we build optimize and scale internal solutions. Youll work across our modern tech stack and push the boundaries of whats possible with AI-powered development.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing custom internal software solutions that solve process inefficiencies and create measurable business improvements.
• Rapidly prototyping and iteratingfrom concept to deliveryusing our core stack:
  • Languages/Frameworks: TypeScript React
  • Databases: SQL document-based vector databases
  • Cloud Infrastructure: AWS
• Partnering with leaders across departments to identify opportunities for high-impact tools.
• Building intelligent solutions such as:
  • AI-based copy review tools
  • Automated report-generation systems
  • Smarter compensation and planning applications
  • AI-powered chatbots and agents for data access
• Playing a key role in finishing high-priority projects like our AI data chatbot by year-end.
• Exploring and applying the latest AI development tools agent frameworks prompt engineering and context engineering to maximize business impact.
• Contributing to the culture of curiosity innovation and integrity that defines Trove Brands.

Qualifications :

Were looking for a developer who blends strong engineering fundamentals with curiosity and creativity in AI:

• Proven software development experience with a portfolio of personal and/or professional projects.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools frameworks and trendsfrom prompt engineering to building practical AI agents.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript React OOP principles databases (SQL/document/vector) and AWS.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and deliver results in weeks not months.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a builder mindsetcomfortable saying I could do that in a weekend and then delivering.
• Experience collaborating across teams gathering requirements and translating them into practical solutions.
• Integrity cultural fit and a team-first mentality.
