About the Role:
As a Service Advisor youll be the connection point between customers and technicianshelping people make smart confident decisions about their vehicles. Youll sell with integrity support your team and keep our shop running smoothly.
What Youll Do:
- Welcome customers with professionalism and genuine care.
- Build trust by educating not pressuring customers.
- Write and present clear accurate repair estimates.
- Recommend services confidently and ethically.
- Coordinate workflow between technicians parts and customers.
- Manage follow-ups to ensure customers feel supported every step of the way.
- Support shop sales goals while keeping customer satisfaction #1.
What You Bring:
- Proven sales and customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A positive team-first attitude.
- Basic automotive knowledge (or eagerness to learn).
- Confidence in closing sales the right way.
- Goal-driven mindset with a passion for growth.
