What Youll Do

• Convert company-generated leads (no cold calls!) into happy long-term clients.

• Conduct care assessments and create individualized care plans that meet each clients needs.

• Partner with scheduling and recruiting teams to fill open shifts quickly and thoughtfully.

• Build trusted relationships with referral partners like hospitals senior communities and care coordinators.

• Conduct periodic client and caregiver check-ins to ensure satisfaction and continuity.

• Use simple tech tools (CRM Google Workspace automation platforms like ChatGPT or Zapier) to stay organized and responsive.

• Participate in community events and rotate shared on-call support with the management team.

Who You Are

• Comfortable with technology and eager to learn modern tools that make work easier.

• Experienced in customer service account management healthcare coordination or senior care (preferred but not required).
