Printing Operations Machine Setter Mooresville NC
Ready to turn mechanical skill into impact
If you thrive on precision pace and problemsolving this nightshift role puts you at the center of our printing operations. Youll take ownership of line setup quality and uptime while supporting a team that supplies packaging to customers across foodservice retail and industrial markets.
What youll achieve
- Master safe setup and operation for every stage of the print line
- Install/remove printing plates mandrels and related hardware
- Dial in image registration and launch new print jobs to quality and rate targets
- Triage issues fast: perform minor repairs troubleshoot the process and execute preventive maintenance
- Guide packers assigned to your lines and provide break relief across the department
- Own your documentation quality checks and housekeeping
- Partner with leaders to take on other tasks as needed

6:30 PM6:30 AM (Nights)
Pay & incentives
- $22.39$26.12 per hour based on experience
- $1.00/hour shift differential

Bring these qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years in printing or running production equipment with machine adjustments (preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude and proven problem-solving
- Clear verbal/written communication and solid basic math
- Collaborative team-oriented approach
